Fill out the interest form if you are a Student Athlete who is interested in  trying out for a sport(s) team at Arlington High School.  Be sure to check the website at http://arlingtonlionsathletics.com for tryout dates and up coming athletic events  All student athletes trying out must have a current physical (physicals are only good for one calendar year). Go to https://www.athleticclearance.com/ to register and get cleared for tryouts. Print your physical forms out at  http://bit.ly/formsforphysical and take all three pages to the Dr.  The Dr. must sign, date and STAMP the physical form. Once your cleared through Athleticclearance you can try out.
