Data Confirmation

Our Annual Online Data Confirmation for the 2026-27 school year opens after July 14th!

RUSD Data Confirmation English and Español

Stay in the know and update your contact information online. This is required for all RUSD students.

There are three ways to complete online data confirmation:

  • On a computer or phone by visiting the Aeries Portal website (download parent registration guide here).
  • Through your school site, if you do not have access to an electronic device.
  • Family Resource Center by appointment only at (951) 328-4003

Why complete your data confirmation?

  • Access or update emergency contacts
  • Review important Annual Notifications
  • Grant or deny authorizations
  • Check grades and missing assignments
  • Monitor daily attendance and tardies
  • View state test results
  • View class schedules and/or teacher assignments
  • Update housing information

This year, you will notice a form asking you to verify your household income information as part of the Data Confirmation process in Aeries. Please take a moment to fill this information in! Income verification forms are used by the state to determine the funding made available to your school!
