Athletic Interest Form
Fill out the interest form if you want to play SPORTS at Arlington High School next year Fall of 2023.  Be sure to check the website at http://arlingtonlionsathletics.com/ for tryout dates and up coming athletic events.  All student athletes trying out must have a current physical (physicals are only good for one calendar year). Go to https://www.athleticclearance.com/ to register and get cleared for tryouts. Print your physical forms out at  http://bit.ly/formsforphysical and take all three pages to the Dr.  The Dr. must sign, date and STAMP the physical form.
