Some students need to complete the enrollment process.

Appointments are required for enrollment

BRING ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Who needs an appointment?

    • New to RUSD and living in the AHS Attendance Area (check your address: CLICK HERE). The full enrollment packet required.

    • New to RUSD with an approved transfer (transfer information: CLICK HERE). The full enrollment packet required.

    • New to AHS with an approved transfer and coming from another RUSD school. The mini enrollment packet required.


Who does NOT need an appointment?

  • Continuing AHS student with no address change*

  • Continuing RUSD student entering 9th grade, attending feeder middle school, AND living in AHS Attendance Area

  • Continuing RUSD student requesting a change in program (In-Person, Virtual, Home-Based)

*If you moved from one address to another within the AHS Attendance Area, there will be an opportunity to update your address and provide the necessary documentation at a later time.

Enrollment packets- Fall 2021

Please complete prior to you appointment and print on one side only. BRING ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WITH YOU.

A full enrollment packet is required for the following students:

  • New to RUSD and living in the AHS Attendance Area AHS

  • New to RUSD with an approved transfer

What if I want my student to enroll in the virtual or home-based setting?

    1. Enroll in your homeschool. (CLICK HERE to determine)

    2. Apply for a transfer to the special program of your choice. To do this, email studenttransfers@riversideunified.org -or- visit Central Registration Center at 5700 Arlington Avenue, Riverside, CA 92504.

    3. Virtual and Home-based are both considered Special Program schools in Riverside Unified.

    4. Follow further instructions provided to you by district staff.
